Blogging T-shirt

Got an email from Sean to let me know that loads of people commented on, and asked about, his blogging t-shirt when he wore it to Podcamp Ireland.

The t-shirt reads 'I can't wait to get home (and blog about this)' - the one Sean is wearing in the photo above is a glow in the dark t-shirt, but it's also available in our distinctive bright colours.

Check 'em out!

Thanks a million to Sean for emailing us and sending us the above photo. And because we published the photo on our site Sean can get €5 off his next FestivalShirts purchase - and that stands for anyone who sends us a photo we publish!

PS - I can't believe I haven't had time to write up my EP07 experience, but things have ben crazy... apologies, I know I promised... I might still reminisce one of these fine days...

Yup yup, Bebo and Zazzle have teamed up in 'a design a back to school bebo t-shirt competition'!

Here's how it works

  • You must have a bebo account.
  • Using one of the bebo logos provided (on the competition page), design a back to school t-shirt.
  • Upload the design on Zazzle (registering as a member to do so)
  • When you upload you make a t-shirt with your design and tag it 'bebocontest01'
  • One entry per person allowed only.
  • Registered Zazzle users can vote on the entries, but the judges decide who wins on a range of criteria including, but not exclusively, the voting.
  • Full rules here.

You can check out the other entries, and vote on them here.

My entry is pictured above, and I beg of you to go and vote on it! It seems you must have a Zazzle account to vote, but sure you may as well sign up and enter the competition while your at it :D

will swap t-shirt for dry sleeping bag.

Oh yes indeedy - less than 18 days to Electric Picnic according to the countdown timer! Getting excited? Yes I am.

Check out the great piccie sent to us by Le Catch - aka Derek Byrne from Phantom FM - Derek suggested the slogan himself which no doubt contributed to the proud grin on his face!

I hope and pray that this t-shirt will not be needed at Electric Picnic as it will be a beauutifully sunny weekend with no rain whatsoever... but I might take one along anyway, just in case...

Check out this one though, it's perfect for EP.

Thanks again Derek for sending in that photo, contact me for a €5 discount if you fancy getting another t-shirt! That goes for anyone who sends in a picture that we publish on the site!

Don't forget you can win a free t-shirt!

Talk me down.

Update: Competition is now closed...

It's Friday and I'm in a gooooooooooood mooooooooooooooooood. And there's no talking me down. So I'm having a competition. And the winner will receive the FestivalShirts t-shirt of his or her choice! Check out our range of t-shirts in our shop.

There are two steps for entry.

  1. Put a link from your web space (site, blog, myspace, bebo, whatever) to the FestivalShirts homepage that says "I want a t-shirt".
  2. Come back here and leave a comment on this post telling me where you put the link so i can see it.

How easy is that?

Your link should look like this: I want a t-shirt.

Here's the code that link in case you need it, just copy and paste it into your html document or whatever:

<a href="http://festivalshirts.net/">I want a t-shirt</a>

The winner will be chosen at random, and the only other rule is that you HAVE to have an EU address to ship to in order to receive your prize.

The closing date for entries is July 15th 2007. Winner will be chosen shortly thereafter. Get busy!!!!

This competition is listed on: The Prize Finder - UK Competitions

Go and vote, despite it all.

Vote for me!Who was it said that no matter who you vote for the government always win?

Also who said that politicians are a bunch of lying scumbags?

I don't know, but this t-shirt from La Fraise would have been a good one to be wearing these past few weeks.

Roughly €25 delivered.

Despite all my reservations about the available candidates I found a couple worth voting for...

Smile! It's a retro t-shirt!

ASOS t-shirtThis is not one of our t-shirts, but it's simple, fun design and it's colour scheme fits so well with our ethos I thought I would share it with you!

This smiley t-shirt comes from ASOS.com, which I think stands for 'As Seen On Screen' because the site helps you dress like the stars. Or something. Anyway, I don't know what celebrity has been seen wearing this beauty, but who the hell cares about that anyway?

The t-shirt will set you back about €30, delivered, if you're in Ireland (£20.50 sterling).

I particularly like the style tips that the site gives you on the t-shirt page, for example:

Wear with skinny jeans and cons for laid back retro

Anyone care to tell me what 'cons' are?
